After I’m Gone Program Information Sessions – NEW LOCATION

January 11 – “How to Get What You Want Out of Life”
Speakers Michelle Driscoll and Christy Courtney will discuss how to use Person Centered Planning and Self-Determination to live the life you want to live in your community.

January 25 – “Social Security & The Department of Health and Human Services”
Speakers will discuss the programs and services available to your son or daughter with a disability, including SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, Food Assistance and Adult Home Help.

All After I’m Gone sessions are held Thursday evenings from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Information sessions are held monthly during the school year.

The After I’m Gone Program assists families who have a child or an adult with a disability in planning for their future when they are no longer able to provide care.

This program is offered free of charge by The Arc of Western Wayne and The Arc Northwest Wayne County.
